The York Academy is a team of professional Noncommissioned Officers who are experienced and committed to train leaders in First Army as future OC/Ts. Our mission is to teach the core competencies required of the OC/T to ensure standardization across First Army. The Academy provides a foundation to build professional development and world-class training across the force, as you train Soldiers at home station and deployment mobilization centers.
 
The York Academy will transition from Camp Shelby, MS to Rock Island Arsenal, IL in 2023. Prerequisites, class schedules, and welcome packet will be located at this web location in the near future.
