Mission:  181 IN BDE (MFTB) partners with Reserve Component units to advise, assist, train and O/O, mobilize Reserve Component (RC) units ISO Combatant Commander (CCDR) requirements.

Endstate:  Enable Reserve Component (RC) units to “own" their training and readiness with the knowledge, experience, ability and confidence to deploy and defeat the enemy on the modern, contested battlefield.
