Phillip Jeon, the chaplain for 4th Cavalry Brigade, 1st Army Division East, receives the Order of Titus, an award that highlights the importance of realistic, doctrinally-guided combat ministry training in ensuring the delivery of prevailing religious support to Soldiers.
