Command Sergeant Major Vincent Simonetti is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and enlisted into the United States Army as a Heavy Anti-Armor Infantryman in 1998, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College, and is a graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Class 66.
CSM Simonetti’s previous senior enlisted advisor assignments include Command Sergeant Major of 1st Battalion 12th Infantry Regiment and 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division; Command Sergeant Major of 1st Battalion 196th Infantry Brigade; and Command Sergeant Major 199th Infantry Brigade, Maneuver Center of Excellence.
CSM Simonetti is privileged in having served at every level within five divisions, including combat tours in the Middle East and Central Asia.
