SIERRA ARMY DEPOT, California -- Soldiers with 531st Hospital Center, 44th Medical Brigade and other subordinate units from across the United States are deployed here for a U.S. Forces Command Medical Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise. 586th Field Hospital is processing simulated casualties. A team of Soldiers and civilians make up the moulage team that makes the simulated casualties as realistic as possible, enabling training. One of those Soldiers is Spc.
