Soldiers with Task Force Spartan's 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team of the North Carolina National Guard and Ohio National Guard, the 188th Deployment and Distribution Support Battalion and the 411th Transportation Detachment help load trucks, Humvees and M2 Bradley Fighting Vehicles onto the LSV-5 in Kuwait and bound for the United Arab Emirates, Monday, Dec. 2, 2019. The 30th ABCT Soldiers with their vehicles will support the Iron Union exercise. The recurring, bilateral exercise between the U.S. and the United Arab Emirates strengthens relationships and increases interoperability between the two nation's military forces.
