The U.S. Army Futures Command leads the persistent modernization of the Army in order to provide future warfighters with the concepts, capabilities and organizational designs needed to dominate the future battlefield.

AFC ensures the Army is implementing a comprehensive approach to modernization – one that will provide future Soldiers with the advanced equipment and systems they need to dominate any adversary.

The U.S. continues to face evolving threats from multiple adversaries. To exert dominance on the high-tech and multi-domain battlefields of the future, we must remain perpetually ahead of the technological curve.
