PACIFIC OCEAN - The Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Chicago (SSN 721) conducted Encapsulated Harpoon Certification Training Vehicle (EHCTV) testing, June 3, 2020. EHCTV testing is required for the submarine to carry and employ warshot tactical Harpoons.
