Travis Perry, an engineer leaders in the Surge Response Team, describes his team's mission to extend the Anti-Climb Barriers, or ACBs, on the river banks near Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, Texas, Feb 12, 2024. The ACBs have been deployed in several strategic places along the Rio Grande, and their utility has led to a dramatic decrease in illegal immigration in the places that it has been installed.
