The Nellis Aircraft Armament Systems Phyical Fitness Assessment was designed to prepare Airmen within the 2W1X1 career field for the physical demands of wartime operations and stresses levied upon by Agile Combat Employment (ACE).

The assessment is comprised of four components:
1. Overhead Press/Push-Press
2. Hex Bar Dead-lift
3. Front Carry, Sled Push/Pull, Farmer Carry Relay
4. Row Ergomenter
