The Outpost 5845, International Outpost of the Society of the 3rd Infantry Division, celebrates the 3rd ID's 106th Birthday at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia, Nov. 21, 2023. The Society of the 3rd ID is the Army's oldest active military society. The Society has supported the Dogface Soldiers since 1919, demonstrating a consistent and unwavering commitment to their cause. The Society exists to honor fallen Dogface Soldiers, to support Division and Family members, and to perpetuate a social network of Dogface Soldiers, past and present. (U.S. Army video by Spc.
