Three teams of combat engineers assigned to 299th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 1 Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Inf. Div., 52nd Brigade Engineer Battalion, 2nd Stryker brigade combat team, 4th Inf. Div, and 588th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 3 Armored Brigade Combat Team 4th Inf. Div put their skills to the test and stamina at the 16th Annual Lt. Gen. Robert B. Flowers Best Sapper Competition, held April 21-24 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The Best Sapper competition showcases the Army's best Soldiers in combat engineer military occupational specialties.
