Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Patrick Mackey, a health services technician assigned to the Work-Life Division of Health, Safety, and Work-Life (HSWL) in Norfolk, Virginia, teaches Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) to members of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter James (WMSL 754), April 8, 2024, while underway in the Atlantic Ocean.
